Ryan Silver spent ten years serving in the United States Army, flying Black Hawk helicopters and achieving the rank of Captain. During his military career, he developed a deep respect for precision, accountability, and following through on commitments.
After transitioning from the military, Ryan joined Reither Construction, the remodeling company his father-in-law, John Reither, founded in Castle Rock in 1994. While Ryan entered the industry without a construction background, he brought with him a disciplined, hands-on approach and a belief that showing up and standing behind your work matters.
That philosophy continues to define Reither Construction today. Ryan is personally involved in every project, overseeing work on site and remaining accessible throughout the process. When clients call Reither Construction, they speak directly with the people responsible for the work.
The company remains family-owned and family-operated. Ryan's mother-in-law and Reither's longtime Business Manager continues to oversee the financial side of the business, while founder John Reither still remains involved, stepping in to oversee projects from time to time and offering the experience and perspective that helped build the company more than 30 years ago. Reither's lead project manager has also been with the company since the beginning, bringing long-standing knowledge and consistency to every job. More than three decades after its founding, Reither Construction remains rooted in the same values it was built on, trust, accountability, and personal involvement.

We completed 2 projects with Reither. 1. Remodel basement floors, paint and redo baseboards for the whole house and 2. Remodel the master bathroom. The whole experience was pleasant and easy. The team is honest, on time and goes above and beyond to ensure we're happy with their service. In fact, while redoing the basement we had a flood come in from outside our egress window. The people here to work on the floor started scoping buckets of water out of our egress window to stop the water from coming into the house. We were out of town. Once they moved onto the master bath, they checked in with me on every design question they thought may need my opinion. I didn't have a designer help, and they helped with with some of the finishing touches to really make it look done. The team was great to work with, and upon completion, they addressed everything on my tick list no questions asked.
