John and Shurette Reither
John and Shurette Reither founded Reither Construction, Inc. in 1996 and have been working side by side ever since.
John, President and CEO, runs the day to day operations and management of clients, vendors and crews. He started Reither Construction 20 years ago as a one man shop, doing all the remodeling work himself. Now, he no longer swings a hammer and focuses his attention on growing the business, managing 2+ crews and maintaining happy clients!
Shurette, Business Manager and Co-Owner, ensures that Reither Construction is on track financially and aligned with our goals. Shurette also works closely with maintaining relationships with our clients and employees.
Ryan Silver
Ryan Silver is the newest addition to our team. He comes to us from a military background where he served as a Captain in the Army for the past 10 years.
Ryan will be assisting in the day to day operations and working on growing the construction business. He will ensure we are on track to move into the future serving our customers.
